By downloading, installing, or using FlowChat ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. FlowChat is owned and operated by Agentic AI Automations.
2. Description of Service
FlowChat is a WhatsApp CRM application that provides:
- Auto-reply messaging functionality
- Message template generation
- Conversation flow automation
- Bulk messaging capabilities
- Customer profile and status tracking
- Interest tracking and lead management
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use FlowChat. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
5. Subscription and Payments
FlowChat offers a subscription-based service:
- Introductory price: ₹49/month
- Renewal price: ₹499/month after the introductory period
- Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use FlowChat to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of FlowChat, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Agentic AI Automations and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
FlowChat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not affiliated with WhatsApp Inc. and do not represent WhatsApp in any way.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic AI Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FlowChat.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FlowChat at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of FlowChat after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
